Offering both residential and commercial inspection services and a series of speciality services. Reduce risk by eliminating the need for someone to physically inspect the roof, HVAC or other high cost capital equipment using a high resolution 2D orthomosiac, contour map and close ups of your equipment. Speciality services are those for our parks, golf course and smaller farm clients who need inspection of their grass, crop or speciality product. We leverage cutting edge NDVI and other spectral analysis for your needs, helping eliminate costly loss of playable surfaces, crop damage and potential yield threats. Shed Roof Inspection – Includes a minimum of 25 unedited photos that provide the roofer a detailed visual inspection of the roof. Photos will include shots such as overviews, overlapping mid-range shots, and closeups to any points of weakness such as chimneys, seams, visible wear, etc. Standard Roof Inspection – Includes a minimum of 45 unedited photos that provide a roofer a detailed visual to inspect the roof remotely. Photos will include shots such as overviews, overlapping mid-range shots, and closeups to any points of weakness such as chimneys, seams, visible wear, etc.* Commercial Inspection – Typically include 2D orthomosiac, close up shots of HVAC and other roof penetrating equipment. Evaluation of standing water, and contour mapping. Speciality Service - A custom service that we'd be happy to partner with you on. Golf course operators have different needs than our speciality farming and parks.
